Yesterday morning the Missus and I decided to try a new recipe for brunch. I have been wanting to make the Tofu Florentine I saw on the Could It Be... Seitan blog. We used everything bagels instead of english muffins and my homemade vegan caesar dressing. The result was crazy delicious. super easy, and very very filliing.
